Where possible, limited by the funds available and only if they meet the strict criteria of the Fund, we do try and help other children to purchase equipment, respite care and buy presents for particularly brave and amazing children.

• The application must be for a child under the age of 18 years
• The applicant must be living in the UK
• The applicant must have a medical diagnosis of Batten Disease or another recognised terminal condition (we may ask for confirmation)
• We do not refund for items or services, the Fund must be able to buy the item or pay for the service directly
• We retain the right to refuse any application
